PITTED AGAINST THE PENS
Tonight's game is the second and final meeting between the Flames and Penguins this year. The Flames came away with a 3-2 shootout win when they made a stop in Pittsburgh in early February. Micheal Ferland and Michael Frolik found the back of the net in regulation while Kris Versteeg netted the lone goal in the shootout.

Saturday's shutout win over the Jets was the 28th consecutive time the Flames have earned a win when holding a lead after two periods. Calgary's only loss this season when leading after 40 minutes came on Oct. 15 when they still earned a point in a 2-1 shootout loss to the Vancouver Canucks.
