CALGARY, AB -- On Saturday, Sept. 15, Calgary Flames special assistant to the general manager Craig Conroy will host the 2012 Let's Talk Hockey event in support of the Prep Program, a resource center dedicated to the inclusion of individuals with Down Syndrome at home, school and within the community.
"I went a couple of times when Kelly Hrudey was hosting it so I knew what it was about," Conroy told CalgaryFlames.com. "I found out Kelly wasn't hosting it anymore and Christy Hall asked, 'Craig, would you be interested in taking over?' ... It's such a great cause and I'm happy to be involved.
"Things have been going really well and it's going to be a great turnout."
Flames general manager Jay Feaster, head coach Bob Hartley, associate coach Jacques Cloutier and assistant coach Martin Gelinas will take questions from Conroy and Sportsnet's Rob Kerr about a variety of topics within the world of hockey.
"We've got some fun stuff, some serious questions - we're going to have a good time with it. I'm really excited about it."
