Jonathan Bernier
On his shutout
It was a great win for us on the road, especially having the siblings. My brother couldn't come, but my mom is here. It makes it even more special.

On his performance
It took me a little bit to settle in, but after that, I really felt good. You have to give credit to the guys. They were there for rebounds and cleared the front of the net. I was able to see a lot of pucks.

On the team's success
We're playing really well. We take more pride in how we play defensively, and it really pays off. We find ways to score at the right time. It's so hard to score in this league, but you're going to take every goal you can. That was a great win.

Kevin Bieksa
On Bernier's performance
When you don't play in a long time like that, you have to work harder in practice, stay sharp and put in the extra time, and he does that. He's a great teammate and a great professional. Everybody in this room couldn't be happier for him tonight.

On locking it down defensively
The plan is to go out there and not give up Grade-A chances, especially when a goalie hasn't played in a long time. You want to be good in front of him and not give him two-on-ones and breakaways, especially in the first period. He made a couple of huge saves. It was another solid road game.

Nick Ritchie
On his goal
We dumped it in and I was the only guy forechecking. The puck came out. I don't know if [Domingue] missed it, but he wasn't in position so I just shot it in. It was a lucky break that got us a two-goal lead and helped us get a win.

On the win
Another big road win for us. We'll go home, get back to our fans and hopefully keep it going.

Head Coach Randy Carlyle
On the game
We were staunch enough on the defensive side of it that our goalie wasn't called upon to make a bunch of 10-bell saves. He pitched us a shutout. It's great to see him come back because he hasn't played in a while. It just strengthens our belief in the 1A-1B tandem we have.

On Bernier's performance
He was solid in net. When things are going his way, there's not a lot of second and third chances. And if there were some tonight, our defense did a good job of limiting those opportunities. It's great for a guy who had his mother on the [siblings] trip.
