For those looking for the exclusive Ducks beach party this past weekend, the landmarks were unmistakable. Two large inflatable Ducks "enforcers" kept watch on the sands a few yards away from SeaLegs at the Beach - the site of this year's Orange Alliance Summer Beach Party. The free event was open to all OA members, giving them a place to hang out and talk hockey as the upcoming season draws near.

Hundreds of season-ticket holders came out to the event, which featured plenty of food and drink options, and various interactive experiences. One of the highlights of the day was the dunk tank, which gave members the chance to drench their ticket representative with all donations benefitting the Anaheim Ducks Foundation. Other beach games included limbo, a water ballon toss and a large treasure hunt in the sand. Winners of those received prizes ranging from autographed pucks to signed jerseys.
Corona Del Mar residents Clarence and Mary Costa, season tickets holders since 1993, say the summer party was a great way to get jazzed for the upcoming season.
"My wife Mary and I thought the summer beach party was a terrific way to get our 'SeaLegs' under us for the 2019-20 Ducks season," Clarence said. "The setting, the food and drink, the music, the thoughts from the [broadcast] team, the games and raffles, and the enthusiastic hospitality of the Ducks staff were all great."

The event also included a Hockey Talk segment, featuring Ducks radio broadcasters Steve Carroll and Dan Wood, and TV hosts Kent French and Guy Hebert. Orange County cover band Rodney Moon and the Little Dippers kept the party going with iconic classic rock tunes.
