An MRI conducted this morning revealed that Ducks forward Brad May has a sprained right knee and is expected to be sidelined approximately two weeks. No other damage to the knee was found.
May injured the knee during a hit in the second period of Wednesday night's 5-4 overtime win over the visiting Detroit Red Wings. He left the game and did not return.
May has played in eight games with Anaheim this season, and has four assists. He is second on the team in plus/minus (+5)
