Ground Zero American Flag Presented for National Anthem Tonight

by Staff Writer / Anaheim Ducks
The Ground Zero American Flag will be presented for the national anthem prior to Wednesday’s faceoff vs. St. Louis at Honda Center (7:05 p.m.).

The Ground Zero American Flag makes an annual tour around the U.S. visiting sporting events as part of a cross-country journey back to Ground Zero in New York for ceremonies every Sept. 11. The Ground Zero Flag has been on a number of military deployments and was on site when President George W. Bush delivered his famous “Bullhorn Speech” just after the Sept. 11 attacks. Following the national anthem, the Ground Zero Flag will be available on the concourse near Section 209 for fans to view during the game.

Tickets to tomorrow’s contest vs. St. Louis are still available and can be purchased online, by phone with Ticketmaster at (714) 703-2545 or in person at the Honda Center box office.
