Participants will receive instruction from THE RINKS coaching staff, as well as the Anaheim Lady Ducks coaches and players on the basics of hockey as well as learn how to skate properly. Girls will be provided with skates, shoulder and elbow pads, shin guards, a helmet, hockey pants, gloves and a jersey for the one-hour sessions.
