Fraser Assigned to Syracuse on a Conditioning Loan

by Staff Writer / Anaheim Ducks
Ducks defenseman Mark Fraser has been assigned to the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL on a conditioning loan. Fraser remains on the Ducks 23-man roster and can remain in Syracuse for up to 14 days.

Fraser was acquired by the Ducks, with Rod Pelley and a seventh-round selection in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft , from New Jersey in exchange for Kurtis Foster and Timo Pielmeier on Dec. 12. The 6-4 defenseman has played in four games thus far in 2011-12, but has yet to make his debut with Anaheim.
