On Thursday, January 5th Ducks fans will join George Parros to help in the fight against cancer by donating their hair at the Fifth Annual George Parros Cut for the Kids at The Rinks Huntington Beach Inline to benefit the Childhood Leukemia Foundation (CLF). Stylists from the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy have volunteered to create a great new haircut for each participant who will leave the event with a new, shorter look. Fans are encouraged to come and watch the festivities from 5:00pm – 8:00pm to cheer on the event participants and meet George Parros
, who will available for pictures and autographs for a $10 donation to the Anaheim Ducks Foundation, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting CLF. The event also will include appearances by Wild Wing, the Power Players and the Anaheim Ducks Street Team.
In addition, there will be a Surprise Puck sale at the Fifth Annual George Parros
Cut for the Kids, where pucks autographed by Anaheim Ducks players will be on sale for $15. There will be five lucky winners who will win a variety of great Ducks items and experiences including four (4) tickets to the an Anaheim Ducks home game with a post-game meet and greet with Parros; a Parros Autographed Jersey; a Parros Game-Used Autographed Stick; a 2011-12 Anaheim Ducks Team Autographed Jersey; a George Parros
