Eighth Annual Lady Ducks Fashion Show Luncheon Presented by the Grant Family Benefiting Choc Children’s to Take Place Monday, Mar. 16

The Ducks will host the eighth annual Anaheim Lady Ducks Fashion Show Luncheon Presented by The Grant Family on Monday, Mar. 16, at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach. The sold-out event will benefit CHOC Children’s, continuing an event partnership between the hospital, Lady Ducks and Anaheim Ducks Foundation that has raised over $750,000 in the past seven years. Funds raised from the 2015 event will support the NICU Surgery Unit which is comprised of a multidisciplinary team specializing in care for children born with conditions that require corrective surgery. They have extensive experience in providing specialized NICU surgical care to the smallest and sickest patients of CHOC.

Co-Chairs for the event are Caroline Marchant (wife of Ducks Alumni and Director of Player Development Todd Marchant) and Paige Getzlaf (wife of Ducks Captain Ryan Getzlaf). The event will be co-hosted by Anaheim Ducks TV Host Kent French and KTLA’s Henry DiCarlo. Anaheim Ducks players, their significant others and CHOC Children’s ambassadors will be outfitted by Bloomingdale’s South Coast Plaza for the fashion show. The event also features a silent auction, which includes Anaheim Ducks player memorabilia and experiences, luxury health and spa packages, jewelry and more. A live auction will feature a boat cruise in Newport Beach with Ducks Captain Ryan Getzlaf, Head Coach Bruce Boudreau and Television Color Commentator Brian Hayward, a chance to hit the lanes for a night of bowling with Ducks forwards Corey Perry and Ryan Kesler and much more. There will also be a signed mini-stick sale which will give guests the opportunity to win great items from Kendra Scott, South Coast Plaza and Toshiba.
