The Ducks have recalled goaltender Dustin Tokarski from the San Diego Gulls, Anaheim's primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).
Tokarski, 27 (9/16/89), owns a 10-12-5 record with one shutout, a 2.85 goals-against average (GAA) and .904 save percentage (SV%) in 33 career NHL games with Montreal and Tampa Bay. Tokarski has also appeared in five career NHL Playoff games, including a 3-2 overtime win in Game 3 of the 2014 Eastern Conference Final on May 22, 2014 at the New York Rangers.
Acquired from Montreal in exchange for Max Friberg on Jan. 7, 2016, Tokarski posted a 2-0-0 record with a 3.50 GAA and .885 SV% in two games with the Gulls this season. The 6-0, 205-pound goaltender was originally selected by Tampa Bay in the fifth round (122nd overall) of the 2008 NHL Draft.
