The Ducks have recalled right wing Stefan Noesen from the San Diego Gulls, Anaheim’s primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Noesen, 22 (2/12/93), collected 6-16=22 points with 50 penalty minutes (PIM) in 50 games with the Gulls this season. The Plano, Texas native appeared in one career NHL game for the Ducks in the 2014-15 season, going scoreless with one blocked shot Apr. 3, 2015 vs. Colorado. The 205-pound right wing was acquired from Ottawa with Jakob Silfverberg and a first-round selection in the 2014 NHL Draft in exchange for Bobby Ryan on July 5, 2013.

Noesen has earned 13-25=79 points with 81 PIM in 79 career AHL games. He also played in four career Calder Cup Playoff games with the Norfolk Admirals, collecting a team-leading four assists (0-4=4) along with four PIM. Noesen was originally selected by Ottawa in the first round (21st overall) of the 2011 NHL Draft.
