Ducks Reassign Etem to Norfolk (AHL)

The Ducks have reassigned left wing Emerson Etem to the Norfolk Admirals, Anaheim’s primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Etem, 21 (6/16/92), has appeared in 28 games with Anaheim this season, earning 6-4=10 points with a +3 rating and four penalty minutes (PIM). Etem has also played 25 contests with Norfolk in 2013-14, scoring 11-17=28 points with a +9 rating.

Selected in the first round (29th overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, Etem made his NHL debut with Anaheim in 2012-13, collecting 3-7=10 points with a +7 rating and nine PIM in 38 contests. The Long Beach, California native has appeared in 66 career contests with the Ducks, collecting 9-11=20 points with a +10 rating and 13 PIM. In 70 career AHL contests with Norfolk, he has 24-20=44 points with a +8 rating and 18 PIM.
