The Ducks have reassigned defenseman Mark Fistric
to the Norfolk Admirals, Anaheim’s primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).
Fistric, 28 (6/1/86), was scoreless with four penalty minutes (PIM) in nine games with the Ducks this season. Fistric made his season debut on Oct. 22 vs. Buffalo and missed 15 games with a lower-back injury from Oct. 31-Dec. 1. Signed as a free agent on Aug. 20, 2013, Fistric has collected 4-30=34 points with a +28 rating and 284 PIM in 325 career NHL games with Anaheim, Edmonton and Dallas. The 6-2, 225-pound blueliner has also appeared in 14 career Stanley Cup Playoff games with Anaheim and Dallas, going scoreless with 12 PIM.
