Ducks Notes Going Into Sunday's Game vs. Dallas

•Sunday will serve as Anaheim’s 1,500th in franchise history...all-time, the club has a compiled a record of 674-618-207 (1,555 points, .519%) in 1,499 games since its NHL debut in 1993-94...over the last nine seasons, the Ducks have posted a regular-season record of 336-218-75 (.594%).

•With a win on Sunday, the Ducks would match the club record for longest winning streak (seven games), set from Feb. 20-Mar. 7, 1999...the Ducks have won six straight, their longest streak since Feb. 9-24, 2013…the club has won six consecutive contests on eight previous occasions in franchise history (including the club-record seven-game streak).

•Pacific Division opponents for 15 consecutive seasons, the Ducks and Stars will face each other for the first time as non-divisional opponents since Mar. 13, 1998 at Dallas (6-3 Ducks loss).

•Sunday evening serves as Hockey Fights Cancer Night presented by Loma Linda University Health...the club will raise awareness for the university's Cancer Center throughout the game, and a special "Inspiration Card" recognition moment will take place during the first TV timeout of the second will be called upon to fill out “Inspiration Cards” dedicated to loved ones who have battled cancer and hold them up during the TV timeout…the players will sport lavender decals on their helmets and coaches, broadcasters and management will wear lavender ties.
