The Anaheim Ducks 2019 Center Ice Party: "Go Orange for Orangewood" will drop the puck on the week-long festivities on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019 from 2-6 p.m. at Lido House Newport Beach. Ducks Give Injury Updates on Miller, Rakell

The Ducks today announced injury updates to goaltender Ryan Miller and left wing Rickard Rakell. Miller suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament (MCL) in the third period of Sunday's game against the New Jersey Devils. The 38-year-old netminder will be re-evaluated in two weeks, and it is estimated he will be out of the lineup for approximately six weeks.

Ducks Claim Johnson off Waivers from St. Louis

The Ducks have claimed goaltender Chad Johnson off waivers from the St. Louis Blues.

Johnson, 32 (6/10/86), has posted an 80-67-15 record with eight shutouts, a 2.69 goals against average (GAA) and .909 save percentage (SV%) in 183 career NHL games with the New York Rangers (2009-11), Phoenix Coyotes (2012-13), Boston Bruins (2013-14), New York Islanders (2014-15), Buffalo Sabres (2015-16, 2017-18), Calgary Flames (2016-17) and St. Louis (2018-19).

Ducks Acquire Cracknell from Toronto in Exchange for Oleksy

The Ducks have acquired right wing Adam Cracknell from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for defenseman Steve Oleksy.

Cracknell, 33 (7/15/85), has earned 21-22=43 points with a +4 rating in 208 career NHL games with St. Louis (2010-14), Columbus (2014-15), Vancouver (2015-16), Edmonton (2015-16), Dallas (2016-18) and the New York Rangers (2017-18). The 6-3, 209-pound forward has also appeared in 10 career Stanley Cup Playoff games with St. Louis, scoring one goal with two penalty minutes (PIM).
