“The Anaheim Ducks are thrilled to expand our partnership with Honda,” said Director of Corporate Partnerships Greg Rieber. “The Ducks and Honda share strong ties with the local community and we look forward to integrating our various initiatives within THE RINKS program and its facilities.”
The enhanced partnership will feature the Ducks and Honda jointly collaborating on future community programs at various RINKS events throughout Orange and Riverside Counties.
“Honda’s philosophy has always been to contribute to the communities where we work and live,” said Steve Morikawa, assistant vice president, Corporate Community Relations, American Honda Motor Co., Inc. “This partnership is a great way to bring all the fun and excitement of THE RINKS development program offerings to the local community.”
The Anaheim Ducks launched THE RINKS development program in February 2009. The team operates four local skating facilities within THE RINKS program, including two ice rinks (THE RINKS – Anaheim ICE and THE RINKS – Westminster ICE) and two inline facilities (THE RINKS – Huntington Beach Inline and THE RINKS – Corona Inline).
