Many of the Ducks' top prospects are participating in the team's summer conditioning camp from June 27 through July 3 at Anaheim Ice. A group of 24 prospects are involved in one-ice and off-ice workouts, so that Ducks coaches can evaluate the progress of each player. Among that group is recent first round draft pick (17th overall) Jake Gardiner, as well as 2007 first round selection (19th overall) Logan MacMillan. The club’s entire 2008 NHL Entry Draft class will also attend the camp.
Fans are welcome to attend the one-ice workout sessions for no charge at the following times: - Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. - Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. - Monday from 9 to 11 a.m. - Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m.
