Ducks and Metrolink to Offer Ducks Express Train from Los Angeles this Friday

The Anaheim Ducks and Metrolink will offer a special Ducks Express train from Los Angeles Union Station to Honda Center for the finale of the 2011-12 Freeway Face-off between the Ducks and the Los Angeles Kings (7:05 p.m.). In addition, hockey fans will receive one free Ducks ticket voucher with the purchase of any Ducks Express ticket via or the OCTA Store in Orange while supplies last. Vouchers can be redeemed at the Honda Center Box Office for any remaining 2011-12 Ducks home game (subject to availability).

The #6502 Southbound Ducks Express train will depart from Union Station at 5:50 p.m. and includes stops in Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs at 6:11 p.m., Buena Park at 6:17 p.m. and Fullerton at 6:24 p.m. before arriving in Anaheim at 6:33 p.m. Anaheim Station is approximately three city blocks from Honda Center and minutes away via the Ducks Express shuttle (Metrolink ticket must be presented for shuttle access). The Ducks Express shuttle will have a postgame departure time of 9:45 p.m. from Honda Center.

Fare for the roundtrip ticket is only $7 for adults, $6 for seniors and disabled patrons, and $4 for youths age 6-18. Children age 5 and younger ride for free. Ducks Express tickets can be purchased online at; at Metrolink stations by selecting Special Ticket Options at self-serve ticket vending machines; via phone at (714) 560-5932; or in person at the OCTA Store, located at 550 S.
