by Staff Writer / Anaheim Ducks

ANAHEIM, Calif. – The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and Arrowhead Pond are once again teaming up to bring fans an up close look at the hockey club and arena with their television show, AMP’d. The first live edition of 2005 will be filmed this Thursday, December 15 at the ESPN Zone in Anaheim at 1:30 p.m., with fans encouraged to attend and participate.

The 30-minute magazine style show gives viewers an inside look at the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim, Southern California’s venue of choice for sporting events and concerts. Thursday’s episode will be shot live to tape on ESPN Zone’s studio stage. Featured guests for the event include nine-time NHL All-Star Teemu Selanne, Joffrey Lupul and Chris Kunitz.

The show will be co-hosted by Ducks radio voices Steve Carroll and Brent Severyn, with fans in attendance being entertained by the soulful tunes of KFO, one of Orange County’s hottest bands.

AMP’d can be seen by over 1.7 million viewers in the Southern California area. It is carried on all Time Warner, Adelphia and Cox cable systems in the area.
