Calder Out with Eye Injury

by Staff Writer / Anaheim Ducks
Ducks left wing Kyle Calder will miss two to four weeks due to hyphema in his left eye (blood in the iris). He suffered the injury when he was struck by a pick during practice Saturday at THE RINKS – Anaheim ICE.

The 30-year-old Calder was signed by the Ducks on October 28 and recalled from Bakersfield of the ECHL on November 14. He had one point (an assist) in six games this season.
