2010 Anaheim Ducks Casino Night: Center Ice Disco
Presented by Wells Fargo and The Klein Family

Benefiting Orangewood Children’s Foundation

The Ducks will host their 2010 Casino Night this Friday, Jan. 15 at Honda Center. The event, entitled Center Ice Disco presented by Wells Fargo and The Klein Family, will benefit Orangewood Children’s Foundation for the fifth consecutive year.

Visit the official Anaheim Ducks Casino Night website, download a reservation card and fax it back today!

Honda Center’s arena floor will become a scene out of a 1970s nightclub with guests enjoying casino staples such as blackjack, craps and roulette presented by San Manuel Indian Casino. Ducks players will mingle with guests and serve as guest dealers at the casino tables. Attendees are encouraged to dress in disco and vintage 1970s glam ensembles. The team will dress the part, donning colorful silk shirts and leisure suits for the occasion. This year’s fundraiser features live music by 1970s disco band The Funky Hippeez. Themed drinks such as Harvey Wallbangers, Tequila Sunrises and Cuba Libres will be served throughout the evening. Guests can also enjoy Retro 1970s fare such as deviled eggs, both cheese and chocolate fondue and beef stroganoff. The Studio 54 VIP Lounge will open at 6 p.m., with general admission doors opening at 7 p.m.

“We’re so pleased to partner with Orangewood and their 44 Women for Children auxiliary each year for this special fundraising event,” said Ducks Director of Community Relations Wendy Yamagishi. “Supporters of the Anaheim Ducks Foundation and this year’s Casino Night can take pride in helping to raise funds for Orangewood youth scholarships while enjoying the exciting retro atmosphere on the arena floor at Honda Center.”

Guests will also be given the opportunity to place bids on a variety of silent auction items and enter in opportunity drawings throughout the evening. Silent auction and opportunity drawing items include exciting vacation destinations, jewelry, Ducks tickets and autographed merchandise.

General admission tickets to the 2010 Anaheim Ducks Casino Night: Center Ice Disco presented by Wells Fargo and The Klein Family are available for $100. A limited amount of tickets remain for the Studio 54 VIP Lounge, which are being sold for $500 each. For more information, please visit or call 1-877-WILD WING.

Since 1999, 44 Women for Children has raised $2 million for the foundation.
Proceeds from the 2010 Anaheim Ducks Casino Night: Center Ice Disco presented by Wells Fargo and The Klein Family will assist 44 Women’s scholarship efforts for Orangewood’s youth. In the 2008-09 fiscal year, the auxiliary’s fundraising efforts helped Orangewood provide over $917,000 in scholarships to 322 young adults who attended 74 universities, community colleges and trade schools in 13 states.
