Taylor Hall participated in practice at the RWJ Barnabas Health Hockey House today for the first time since his Nov. 16 surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee. The 25-year-old forward was expected to miss 3-4 weeks and was placed on Injured Reserved.

Hall met with the media following practice. "It was fun to be back out there with the guys." Skating just 12 days after the operation, Hall is not looking to push the pace of his recovery by stating, "I'm in no rush at all. When I feel good enough and the medical staff agrees, that's when I'll be ready to return." Hall will join the team on their upcoming road trip, which begins tomorrow night in Winnipeg.
