Thursday is the regular season finale between the Devils and Blues. New Jersey was edged, 4-1, against St. Louis on Dec. 9 at Prudential Center. 

P.A. Parenteau scored the lone goal for New Jersey in the contest while Taylor Hall and Adam Henrique picked up the assists. Hall has points (2g-1a) in his last three games vs. St. Louis. Keith Kinkaid started in net for the Devils, stopping 28 of 32 shots.

The Devils are 0-3-0 at Scottrade Center and are 1-6-0 vs. the Blues overall since the 2013-14 campaign. New Jersey is looking for its first win vs. St. Louis since their 7-1 victory on Jan. 28, 2014.


St. Louis Blues Assistant General Manager Martin Brodeur had his no. 30 retired by the Devils on Feb. 9, 2016; he won 3-Stanley Cups with New Jersey, 1995, 2000, 2003….Paul Stastny is the son of former Devil Peter Stastny…Kevin Shattenkirk is from New Rochelle, NY and played with the New Jersey Devils Youth Hockey Association…Head Coach John Hynes coached St. Louis defenseman Robert Bortuzzo in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton from 2009-13…Devils' forward Taylor Hall and Blues' forward Blues' forward Nail Yakupov were teammates in Edmonton for four seasons, 2012-16…Blues' assistant coach Steve Thomas played three seasons with the Devils, 1995-98, scoring 119pts (55g-64a) in 193 GP.
