newjerseydevils.com – The first coat of finish has been applied to the brand-new hardwood that will serve as Seton Hall's home court when the Men's Basketball team begins play at Prudential Center this season.
The Pirates' playing surface already showcases their familiar blue and white pirate logo at half court, and the Prudential Center wordmark is displayed just outside the three-point arc.
Credit for the woodwork goes to Robbins Sports Surfaces, which has a 100-year history of building some of the best basketball surfaces in the country, including many in the NBA and NCAA. The Cincinnati company has also installed flooring in three U.S. Olympic Training Centers.
Seton Hall Men's Basketball joined the Prudential Center roster in May 2007.
