Devils prospects Case McCarthy and Patrick Moynihan have both been named to the 2021 U.S. National Junior Team Evaluation Camp. McCarthy and Moynihan are among the 39 players selected by USA Hockey for the camp.
Moynihan just completed his first season with Providence College in Hockey East, where the centerman scored 21 points in 34 games, including 13 goals. Defenseman McCarthy is a member of the Boston University team, who contributed 12 points in 32 games in his first season.
The evaluation camp will take place at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan from October 8th to the 13th. The camp is part of the process of selecting the Team USA players for the 2021 IIHF World Juniors that will begin on December 25th and run through to January 5th, 2021, in Edmonton, Alberta.
