The Devils host the Montreal Canadiens tonight at Prudential Center as they look to extend their winning streak to four. Here's what you need to know:
1) Al Montoya will get the start for the Habs and Cory Schneider was scheduled to get the start tonight, but missed morning skate due to illness and is a game time decision. Keith Kinkaid will obviously start if Cory is unavailable. We don't know how serious Cory's illness is and if he'd be able to back up or if an emergency recall from Albany would be necessary.

2) The Canadiens have been very streaky as of late and have lost their past two games and three out of their last four. In eight of their last ten games, they've allowed three or more goals with an average of 3.5. They've also scored an average of three goals a game in those same ten games. While we've seen it happen before, the Devils aren't known to have the kind of offensive fire power to go goal for goal with them so there will be a strong emphasis on their defensive structure in their pre-game meetings.
3) We know the Devils like to win at home, so it's not surprising that they also like to score at home. Of Taylor Hall's 29 points this season,17 of them have come at home including seven of his 11 goals. PA Parenteau leads the team with 12 goals, eight of which have come at home.
You can watch tonight's game on MSG+ or you can listen to it exclusively on The One Jersey Network, available through the iHeart Radio app. Puck drops at 7:30 p.m., but be sure to
tune into TOJN
