Information Pertaining to Devils Tickets to Postponed Events

It was announced today that the NHL will be suspending games to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 virus in our community.

Due to the current environment surrounding the coronavirus, Prudential Center is temporarily closed including our offices, the Grammy Museum Experience and RJWBarnabas Health Hockey House.

As a committed supporter of the New Jersey Devils, we want to first share our gratitude for your understanding during this unprecedented time. We also want to ensure that we are proactively communicating as best as we can as events are rapidly developing. We are committed to finding solutions that meet your specific needs as a Devils ticket holder.

Until we have certainty and direction from the league, your tickets to the postponed games will remain valid for the future scheduled makeup dates, if they should be scheduled.

All New Jersey Devils games and events scheduled for the month of March have been postponed. New Jersey Devils season ticket members, partial plan holders, group clients and Ticketmaster individual game buyers, please email should you have any questions.

Further information on your options as a Devils ticket holder has been communicated via email to each ticket holder for all remaining events during the 2019-20 Devils regular season.

For all other Prudential Center events, if your tickets we purchased through Ticketmaster and your event has been rescheduled, your tickets will be honored for the new date. Should you not be able to attend the new date, you may obtain a refund by sending a request to Ticketmaster. We ask for your patience on the timing of this request as Ticketmaster is handling many requests due to the circumstances. If your event does not have a rescheduled date, we are asking that you please refrain from requesting a refund until a new date is announced to determine if you are available to attend as your tickets will be honored for the new date.
