Game Preview: Devils at Sabres

New Jersey concludes their four-game road trip with a stop in Buffalo tonight for a 7PM puck drop

Tonight's contest is the first of three contests between New Jersey and Buffalo. The Devils defeated the Sabres in the 2017-18 regular season series 2-0-1 (5PTS). New Jersey is 6-0-0 against Buffalo at Key Bank Center, and 10-1-1 overall since the 2014-15 season.

Jesper Bratt (2G-2A) and Marcus Johansson (3G-1A) led New Jersey in scoring with four points each. Johansson led the team in goals, while Nico Hischier finished first with three assists in the regular season matchup. Rasmus Ristolainen (1G-2A) led his club with three points, while Jack Eichel led the Sabres in goals with two.

Keith Kinkaid is 3-0-0 in his career against Buffalo playing in 180 minutes and posting a 1.00 GAA .

Carter Hutton is 2-2-1 against New Jersey in his career, playing in 243 minutes, and posting a 2.72 GAA.

The Devils and Sabres next contest will be on February 17th at Prudential Center.
