Cammalleri scratched against Stars

by Mike G. Morreale / New Jersey Devils

NEWARK, N.J. -- Left wing Mike Cammalleri is not in the lineup for the New Jersey Devils against the Dallas Stars on Saturday at Prudential Center.

Cammalleri, who leads the Devils with 35 points (14 goals, 21 assists), took a maintenance day on Friday but did participate in the morning skate on Saturday.

Devils coach John Hynes said after practice that the lineup against the Stars would remain the same as it was in a 3-0 victory at the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday. Cammalleri scored two goals against the Senators.

During pregame warm-ups, Jiri Tlusty moved alongside Travis Zajac and Kyle Palmieri on the top line. Tyler Kennedy will play left wing on the second line with center Adam Henrique and right wing Lee Stempniak.

Hynes will provide an update after the game.
