Here’s what you need to know for tonight’s game in Montreal!

1. This is the second of three meetings between the Devils and Canadiens and the only one to be played at Bell Centre.

2. The Devils are aiming for their first four-game winning streak of the season. They now have points in a season-high six straight games (5-0-1) and in 10 of their last 12 (8-2-2).

3. Montreal leads the season series 1-0-0 following a 4-2 win at Prudential Center on Jan. 2. Keith Kinkaid, who starts tonight’s contest, made 22 saves in the loss.

4. The Devils are 9-1-1 at Bell Centre since 2008-09, are 27-24-5 in Montreal, overall. They lead the all-time series vs. the Canadiens 61-41-10.

5. Jaromir Jagr notched his 11th goal of the season in last night’s win over Toronto, giving him points in a season-high three straight games (2g-1a-3pts). It was the 716th goal of his career, moving him within one of Phil Esposito for fifth on the all-time NHL list.

6. Steve Bernier, who has seven points (6g-1a) in his last eight games, needs three goals to reach 100 in his NHL career. He's fourth on the Devils with nine goals and leads the club with a plus-5.
