Here's what you need to know for tonight's game in Buffalo!

1. The Devils are looking to win four in a row for the first time since Feb. 17-23 and three straight on the road for the first time since Oct. 9-14, 2014.

2. New Jersey, which has gone to extra time in four straight contests, has won three in a row in OT/SO for the first time since Mar. 28-Apr. 2, 2008.

3. The power play connected twice (2/4) in Thursday's win at Ottawa, the first time the Devils posted two PPGs in a game since Jan. 14 at Los Angeles. The team has scored with the man advantage in five of its first seven games and ranks seventh in the NHL (6/25, 24.0%).

4. Cory Schneider, who posted his 100th NHL win on Thursday, is expected to make his fifth consecutive start tonight. He’s looking to win four straight for the first time as a Devil.

5. Adam Larsson will appear in his 200th career NHL game tonight.

6. The Devils went 3-0-0 against the Sabres last season, outscoring them 8-3.
