Goaltender Martin Brodeur
underwent successful surgery Thursday morning to repair the distal bicep in his left elbow, the Devils have announced.
"According to the doctors, his surgery was 100% successful," said Devils' President/CEO/General Manager Lou Lamoriello. "The timetable for his return remains three to four months."
Brodeur suffered the injury in Saturday's 6-1 win over Atlanta at Prudential Center.
