Kinkaid in, Schneider Out
Keith Kinkaid will make his second consecutive start tonight when the Devils host the Capitals at Prudential Center. Cory Schneider (ill) will back up. Kinkaid started New Jersey's matchup on Tuesday against the Islanders, stopped 25 of 26 SOG in the Devils 4-1 win.

The National Hockey League announced rosters for the NHL All-Star Weekend on January 26-28, 2018 in Tampa, Florida. Taylor Hall will appear in his third consecutive All-Star Game having won the team portion the past two seasons. Show your support for Hall while he represents the Devils in Tampa Bay and purchase a 2017 NHL All-Star Game Jersey from the Devils Den Team Store tonight.
AAHA Night
As part of the club's commitment to supporting youth hockey in New Jersey, the Devils will host the Atlantic Amateur Hockey Association (AAHA). The night will feature in-game recognition and promotion of the organization, appearances on Devils media outlets for all AAHA members and a donation of the proceeds from the 50/50 raffle.
In addition, the club will resurrect the Service to New Jersey Hockey Award and honor three recipients- James Plunkett, Richard Foster and Dan May. The award is named for the late Dr. John J. McMullen, who brought professional ice hockey to the Garden State in 1982. The award has been presented to an individual or individuals who have supported amateur hockey throughout the state. Previous winners of the award include former players, Glenn "Chico" Resch and Bruce Driver, former executives Max McNab, Dr. John J. McMullen and Lou Lamoriello, media members, Glenn Hefferan and Mike Morreale, and influential youth hockey coaches and officials.
