The Devils (5-3-3) host the Hurricanes (3-5-3) tonight at Prudential Center for the second half of their home-and-home series. Here's what you need to know:
1) Sunday's game between these two teams, which the Devils won 4-1, was a battle of backup goalies as both teams were on the second half of a back-to-back, but tonight we will see both starting goaltenders; Cory Schneider for New Jersey and Cam Ward for Carolina.

2) Taylor Hall is sitting on 199 assists in his NHL career. He also has 137 goals for 336 points in 392 NHL games.
3) The Devils will again look to defend home ice where they are 4-0-1 so far this season. The last time the team was undefeated at home in regulation to start a season was 2012-13 (5-0-1).
