On Sunday, the participants in the Phoenix Coyotes Summer rookie Camp had the opportunity to abandon the rigors of a drill-filled practice and instead spent their last day on the ice together competing in a series of all-star type drills.

Every player got to take part in the "fastest skater" drill, which saw two players race to complete one full lap around the ice.  After the dust settled, University of Michigan forward Kevin Porter was crowned the fastest skater.

In addition to the speed competitions, players also got to measure the speed of their slap shots, participate in puck-carrying drills as well as two-on-one and three-on-one breakaways.

By the end of the session, all 26 prospects were energized and ready to take the lessons they learned this week and apply them to their own game with the hope of one day wearing the Coyotes sweater  in the NHL.
