KEY FACTS:
• Arizona has earned one point in three consecutive games and at least one point in five of its past six.
Antti Raanta, who has posted a .933 save percentage in five games since Jan. 1, will start in goal. Raanta also has a .915 save percentage during penalty kills, which ranks second among NHL goaltenders who have played in 25 games or more.
• Rookie Clayton Keller, who grew up near St. Louis in Swansea, Ill., leads the Coyotes in goals (14) and points (34), and co-leads with Derek Stepan with 20 assists. Keller is one of just four NHLers to produce multiple point streaks of seven games or more this season.

Oliver Ekman-Larsson will enter the game riding a three-game point streak, with goals in two of his past three games. Ekman-Larsson has scored 64 goals since the 2014-15 season. Only San Jose's Brent Burns has scored more among NHL defensemen (80).
• Richard Panik has chipped in three assists in four games since coming to Arizona via a trade with Chicago on Jan. 10.
Jakob Chychrun, who missed Thursday's game at Nashville because of illness, will be back in the lineup.

• The Blues have won two games in a row and need one victory to reach 18,000 in franchise history. Only seven other NHL teams have earned 18,000 wins. St. Louis is 15-9-0 on home ice and 3-0 in shootouts this season. Brayden Schenn, younger brother of Coyotes defenseman Luke Schenn, leads the Blues with 46 points (18 goals, 28 assists). Vladimir Tarasenko has notched a team-high 20 goals, and has reached the 20-goal mark in each of his first five full NHL seasons. Alex Steen has produced 27 points (seven goals, 20 assists) in 28 career games against the Coyotes.

COYOTE BITES:
• "We've got to put pucks behind them, make their big 'D' go back and play a 200-foot game. It's not sexy, but sometimes that's the way you've got to play against these types of teams." -- Rick Tocchet on playing Blues
• "It's definitely nice to come back home. I grew up watching games here. But this is the third time now and it's not the same (as the first). It's just another hockey game." -- Clayton Keller on playing in his hometown
• "We've been playing some pretty good hockey. Just a mistake here or there will cost us, but at least we're getting points out of those games." -- Brendan Perlini
