NHL Draft Experts Applaud Coyotes

GLENDALE -- The Coyotes and General Manager John Chayka received rave reviews from experts for their work at the NHL Draft this weekend.

Arizona drafted center Clayton Keller (7th overall), defenseman Jakob Chychrun (16th overall), defenseman Cameron Dineen (68th overall), defenseman Patrick Kudla (158th overall) and defenseman Dean Stewart (188th overall). The Coyotes also traded for defenseman Anthony DeAngelo.

The Coyotes were declared a draft "winner" by NBC Sports, NESN, Yahoo Sports and The Hockey Writers, to name a few. In addition, many NHL reporters took to Twitter to salute the Coyotes and their 27-year-old G.M. orchestrating his first draft.
