GEORGES LARAQUE TO WEAR A MICROPHONE
FOR THURSDAY'S COYOTES TELECAST ON FSN ARIZONA
GAME IS ALSO PART OF "HD THURSDAY NIGHTS WITH THE COYOTES" PACKAGE
For the fourth time this season, FSN Arizona will outfit a member of the Phoenix Coyotes with a microphone for a telecast when Georges Laraque wears one during Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Kings at Jobing.com Arena in Glendale.
Thursday's coverage gets started live at 6:30 p.m. with Qwest Coyotes Live, hosted by Todd Walsh. The puck drops at 7 p.m. and throughout the telecast, viewers will be able to hear from Laraque and gain insight into what one of the NHL's toughest players says to teammates, the opposition, his coaches and referees.
The telecast will also mark another installment of "HD Thursday Nights With the Coyotes." This season, 10 Coyotes games are available in High Definition on Thursday nights across the state of Arizona. The HD telecast can be seen on Cox Communications by its digital cable subscribers who have an HDTV set and HD Digital Converter on channel 722. DIRECTV offers all FSN Arizona HD games in the Phoenix DMA on channel 96. DIRECTV also offers a portion of FSN HD games inside and outside of Phoenix on channel 95.
