GLENDALE -- Three members of the Coyotes organization will begin play in the 2010 International Ice Hockey Federation World Championship in Germany this weekend. The championship game of the 16-team tournament is scheduled for May 23.

Coyotes defenseman Keith Yandle and Team USA are taking on host Germany on Friday at 11:15 a.m. (Arizona time) before an anticipated world-record crowd of 76,000-plus at VELTINS-Arena in Gelsenkirchen. To read more about this game, click here.

Meanwhile, Coyotes forward Lauri Korpikoski and Team Finland will skate against Denmark on Saturday, and defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson, whom the Coyotes picked with the sixth overall selection at last year’s NHL Entry Draft, will play for Sweden against Norway on Sunday.
