GLENDALE, ARIZONA –
Phoenix Coyotes forwards Martin Hanzal
and Petr Prucha will appear at the The Ice Den in Scottsdale from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
Hanzal and Prucha will be on hand at the local ice rink to meet fans, take pictures with them and sign autographs. Howler will also be in attendance to entertain fans, who will have the chance to try out the Ice Den’s Visual Sports simulator as well as enjoy complimentary food and drinks. The appearance by Hanzal and Prucha will also help celebrate the grand opening of the two new restaurants located inside the Ice Den, Over Easy North and 18° Neighborhood Grill.
18° serves many comfort food favorites, including roasted chicken, salads, ground-fresh hamburgers, mac and cheese, and made-from-scratch pizza. Over Easy serves a variety of breakfast favorites, along with unique menu items such as The Wolfpack and Big E’s Pile Up.
The appearance marks the second of several stops in the team’s public outreach initiative, as players will appear at rinks and volunteer their time for local non-profit organizations over the course of the 2009-10 campaign. Upcoming appearances will be announced throughout the season.
