FOX Sports Arizona is pulling out the way-back machine to get Arizona’s sports fans ready for the return of NHL Playoffs and the Phoenix Coyotes WhiteOut.

Starting today at 4 p.m., the network will replay the Coyotes first-ever playoff game in Phoenix when they hosted the Anaheim Mighty Ducks on April 20, 1997. Game-three of the series gave hockey fans in the desert their first taste of exciting NHL Playoff action as a white-clad audience filled America West Arena to see the Coyotes beat Anaheim 4-1. This replay will air again on Monday, April 12, at 6 p.m.

Following tonight’s episode of Coyotes Playoff Classics, FOX Sports Arizona will air In My Own Words – Dave Tippett at 7 p.m. After that, it’s on to Los Angeles for the Coyotes game against the Kings at 7:30 p.m.

Another “Coyotes Playoff Classics” replay airs on Tuesday, April 13, at 4:30 p.m. when game-four of the Coyotes series against the Colorado Avalanche from 2000 can be seen. The Coyotes beat the Avalanche 3-2 in this game.
