The Coyotes' media exposure increased substantially Tuesday morning with the official announcement of the team's partnership agreement with iHeartMedia Phoenix.
Arizona becomes one of the first NHL teams to stream its broadcasts on the iHeartMedia app and the first professional sports team in the Valley to team-up with iHeartMedia.

The destination for games now transfers to Fox Sports 910, the team's new flagship radio station, which will provide full coverage of all 82 regular season contests as well as two of the Coyotes' preseason dates on September 17 and 21. All Coyotes games that do not conflict with Tucson Roadrunners games will be simulcast on Fox Sports 1450 in Tucson.
iHeartMedia touts seven FM stations in the Phoenix market that reach an average of 3.2 million people weekly, each of which will instill Coyotes coverage, promotion and exclusive offers.
"This is an exciting, new day for the Coyotes," said Coyotes' President and CEO Ahron Cohen. "This is a great partnership with iHeart. They share our vision of going out and building our brand by reaching everyone in Arizona, so we're just thrilled."

Not only is it a stepping stone for the Coyotes in terms of broadening reach throughout the Valley, the state of Arizona and beyond, but for iHeartMedia Phoenix it solidifies its first partnership with a pro sports franchise.
"This is huge for us; we're so excited because we've been looking for the right sports partner for a long time," said Linda Little, Market President for iHeart Phoenix. "The minute we met Ahron, Marina [Carpenter] and the team, we just knew it made sense. It made sense because we are very much aligned in what we want to accomplish with our brands in this market."

Coyotes, iHeartMedia launch multi-platform agreement

Featured in the agreement is the projected launch of the Arizona Coyotes Audio Network, hosted on the iHeartRadio app, which currently boasts 124 million registered downloads.
The team's official audio network will include a number of podcasts, historic games, player and coaching staff interviews, coverage of special events, and a wide array of exclusive content - all available on a 24/7 timeframe.
"This gives our fans the opportunity to get Coyotes content anytime they want," said Cohen with excitement. "It's going to be everything; it's going to be our games, it's going to be our podcasts, it's going to be something for everyone - a great way to connect to our brand."
