NHL Black Hockey History Tour

GLENDALE, ARIZONA -The Arizona Coyotes will host the National Hockey League's Black Hockey History Tour at Gila River Arena on April 28 (1:30-7:30 p.m.) and April 29 (2:30-8:30 p.m.). The truck will be located in the parking lot next to Saddle Ranch Chop House (Northeast corner of the arena). The tour is free and open to the public.

The Black Hockey History Tour is a mobile museum that celebrates black achievement in hockey. It showcases today's star players while also looking back at 200 years' worth of achievements of Black pioneers and trailblazers who helped shape hockey into what it is today. Exhibits also include a look ahead to the next generation of young stars, NHL Officials, broadcasters, and women in the game.
Approximately 525 square feet in size, the Black Hockey History Tour was established in 2019 and will visit its 28th city across North America in 2022 when it comes to Gila River Arena. The museum is refreshed and updated each year to offer viewers new experiences to learn about the major moments, milestones, and history makers of Black hockey history.
