Coyotes to Hold 2012 Prospect Development Camp June 26-30

GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes will hold their prospect development camp June 26-30 at the Ice Den (9375 East Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85260). All on-ice sessions will be free and open to the public.

A full schedule of on-ice practice times for the development camp is listed below:

Tuesday, June 26

All Players – 2:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Media Availability: 3:55 p.m.
Coach Tippett Availability: 3:45 p.m.

Wednesday, June 27

All Players – 2:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Media Availability: 3:45 p.m.

Thursday, June 28


Friday, June 29

All Players – 2:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Media Availability: 3:45 p.m.

All players will be available to the media once they have completed their on-ice practice session. Coyotes Head Coach Dave Tippett will be available to the media following Tuesday’s on-ice session at approximately 3:45 p.m.

Among the top prospects expected to attend the camp include defenseman Brandon Gormley, the Coyotes’ top draft choice (13th overall) in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Each of the Coyotes’ nine selections in the 2012 Entry Draft will be in attendance. In addition, former draft selections such as forwards Chris Brown, Brett Hextall, defensemen Justin Weller, Mathieu Brodeur and goaltenders Louis Domingue, Mike Lee & Mark Visentin will also attend. The camp will provide players with NHL coaching and instruction in both on and off-ice workout sessions.

Full roster for the 2012 development camp will be released early next week, following the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.
