GLENDALE, ARIZONA -Arizona Coyotes President of Hockey Operations and General Manager John Chayka announced today that the Coyotes have signed center Tyler Gaudet to a one-year, two-way contract. As per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.
The 24-year-old Gaudet registered 0-1-1 in four games with the Coyotes and totaled 6-16-22 in 62 games with Tucson (AHL) last season. The Hamilton, Ont. native has recorded 1-3-4 in 20 career NHL games with the Coyotes and has collected 18-37-55 in 179 career AHL games with Tucson, Springfield and Portland.
The 6-foot-3, 205-pound Gaudet was signed as a free agent on November 4, 2013.
