GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Bill Armstrong announced today that the Coyotes have signed forward Ryan Dzingel to a one-year contract. As per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

The 29-year-old Dzingel registered 8-5-13 with 21 penalty minutes (PIM) in 40 games with the Carolina Hurricanes and Ottawa Senators in 2020-21.
The 6-foot, 190-pound forward recorded back-to-back seasons with 20-plus goals and 40-plus points in 2017-18 (23-18-41 in 79 games) and 2018-19 (26-30-56 in 78 games).
The Wheaton, IL native has totaled 82-98-180 and 156 PIM in 372 career NHL games with the Senators, Hurricanes and Columbus Blue Jackets.
Dzingel was originally drafted by the Senators in the seventh round (204th overall) in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
