GLENDALE, ARIZONA --Arizona Coyotes President of Hockey Operations and General Manager John Chayka announced today that the Coyotes have signed defenseman Kevin Bahl to a three-year entry-level contract. As per Club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

"We are pleased to sign Kevin to an entry-level contract," said Chayka. "Kevin is a talented defenseman with high upside and is having a good season with Ottawa. We are excited to continue working with him on reaching his full potential."
The 18-year-old Bahl has registered 5-28-33 and 87 penalty minutes (PIM) in 66 games with the Ottawa 67's (OHL) this season. The 6-foot-6, 234-pound native of New Westminster, BC has recorded 7-48-55 and 216 PIM in 181 career OHL games with Ottawa.
Bahl was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the second round (55th overall) in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.
