COYOTES REDUCE TRAINING CAMP ROSTER BY THREE

GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have reduced their training camp roster by three players. There are now 54 players remaining in camp.

The following players have been assigned to their respective junior clubs:

Tim Billingsley (D) – Mississauga-St. Michael’s (OHL)
Jordan Szwarz (RW) – Saginaw (OHL)
Justin Weller (D) – Red Deer (WHL)

The Coyotes will host the Los Angeles Kings in a split-squad game tonight at Jobing.com Arena at 7 p.m., as they will also play the Kings at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles at 7:30 p.m. tonight. The games are the first of the 2009 preseason for the Coyotes. Tonight’s home game will be broadcast on XTRA Sports 910.
