Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced that the Coyotes have recalled right wing Bill Thomas from the San Antonio Rampage (AHL).

Thomas, 24, has recorded 9-9-18 and 14 penalty minutes (PIM) in 24 games with San Antonio this season.  At the time if his recall, he ranked third on the Rampage in goals and points.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Thomas registered 8-6-14 and 2 PIM in 24 games for the Coyotes last season.  He also appeared in 47 games for San Antonio, recording 13-20-33 and was selected to play in the AHL All-Star Game but was unable to participate due to a call-up to Phoenix.
Thomas made his NHL debut on Mar. 28, 2006 after signing with the Coyotes as a free agent.  The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native has collected 9-8-17 in 33 career NHL games.
